Shipping & Returns
Orders are hand packed and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, TX usually within three business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We ship worldwide using USPS or UPS. We process and ship our orders daily, and each physical product order generally takes 5–7 business days to arrive. All physical product orders also include a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your order in real-time.
Our shipping team is super awesome and works to get your order out quickly. Because of this, if you need to make changes to your order, such as an address change, it may not be possible.
We cannot accept returns on any purchase. We want every customer to be have access to brand-new, unopened product, so we're unable to accept returns on items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customs & Fees
Please note that Bella deLuna Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of the US – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
