New Moon in Aquarius

An Aquarius moon urges us to look to the collective, to how we can contribute to our local community, make an impact in the social sphere, and innovate for the greater good. With Aquarius energy, our outlook shifts from the Capricorn ‘me’ to the Aquarius ‘we’. Aquarius energy is all about being yourself, and celebrating who you are as an individual, while also acknowledging that we are all connected, and until we are all celebrated, none of us are.

This New Moon is included in a stellium, as Pluto and Mercury are conjunct in Aquarius along with the Sun and Moon. Pluto and Mercury can help us connect and find deep, meaningful conversations. You’ll want to be mindful of making sure you fact-check any information you come across, as with Pluto in place we can get quickly swept up in intense feelings such as suspicion and jealously. Pluto is the planet of destruction and rebirth, and Pluto here wants things to change. This change is geared towards our future, especially with a trine to Jupiter involved. We all hope that any change that happens is change that we desire, but the astrology doesn’t tell us exactly what happens, just the ingredients that are in play.

There is another stellium close by with Saturn, Venus, Neptune, and the North Node in Pisces, with Mars trine to all of these. This set up creates a calling that pulls us in the direction of personal growth and urges us to take action that helps to align our reality to the vision of our soul. This sounds lovely, but I do want to remind you that everyone will be feeling this inspiration and drive to action, not just those who hold the same values and beliefs as you. So I think it’s important that we do something with this newfound motivation and use it towards helping humanity and aligning with the Aquarian values of uplifting everyone. Like I said in the beginning, until we are all celebrated, none of us are.
